Nice! How many carbs are you taking in? Just curious because everyone's definition of low carb varies. I've been dieting a little over a month and keep my carbs under 50g a day.

Could never do a low carb diet, tried it once for 2 weeks and felt like absolute chit. Brb no energy to train and felt irritable as fuk.

I love my carbs too much, whenever I'm cutting I always keep my carbs high and just eat in a normal calorie defecit.

I know this is not necessarily keto but I do cap my protein.

My diet is:

- cheeses: classic, brie, camembert, feta,

- all kinds of chicken cuts that are not chicken breast and pork

- no fish cuz good fish is expensive and I don't rate the taste much (Vit D/A and Omega 3s covered)

- olives, avocados, EVOO

- mayo-based sauces: take fat reduced mayo and put flavourings in it like garlic, onion etc

- all kinds of green vegetables and others: broc, cauli, peppers, mushrooms, salad (toss it in with EVOO, feta, seasoning and some olives and fuark) etc

Still have to make effort for a deficit and exercise of course but Imightfeel less hungry now + a bit more energy (or shall I say lack of carb crashes?)
