Anybody do cardio without legs?

Anybody got any ideas for this? I think even something like jumping rope or boxing would be too much for my legs right now (strong username to thread ratio).

Wondering about stiff-legged rowing or swimming or maybe one of those upper body elliptical things (they seem ).

I'm also curious how something like this would affect my upper body lifts. Can't say I've ever done prolonged cardio that really involved upper body, so I don't know how it'd affect recovery.

That would be tough but I think without legs you could do cardio by swinging both arms in a windmill motion.. HTH

Rowing (vertical or horizontal) works well and are excellent for cardio.

But there's nothing building base work capacity like LISS running.

Sadly don't think my leg can even handle starjumps.

Thanks, yeah I've looked into some body motion stuff like that but idk, seems pretty autistic, and I'd kinda like to do something more useful/functional. Guess my options are limited tho.

Yeah, I definitely miss running. Will definitely give rowing a shot and hope it's ok.

Yeah will have to give it a go. Definitely always up for more pulling fitness.
