Anybody do cardio without legs?
Anybody got any ideas for this? I think even something like jumping rope or boxing would be too much for my legs right now (strong username to thread ratio).
Wondering about stiff-legged rowing or swimming or maybe one of those upper body elliptical things (they seem ).
I'm also curious how something like this would affect my upper body lifts. Can't say I've ever done prolonged cardio that really involved upper body, so I don't know how it'd affect recovery.

But there's nothing building base work capacity like LISS running.
