Are we still using whey protein powder?

Or has it been disproved by broscience? Haven’t stayed up to date on the latest broscience journals recently.

One of the cheapest and the most bioavailable sources of protein on the planet

But it only "works" if you workout and take 150% of the recommended dose lol

One of the only few supplements that actually work. Helps for easy protein but it not some miracle drug.
Like with all supplements though there are tons of companies that make low quality stuff or what they advertise is not true.

I haven't checked this website in a while but they used to have pages and pages on protein results. Only one page now.

I remember that one specifically since i use to use that one ages ago and if i remember it's decent think it got a B or something. I think i remember it not having as much protein per serving as advertised and a few other things. I think like 3-5g loss not big but i swear i remember ON being expensive.

Is that an alternative to protein powder or is it just to make you look younger?

I consider it an alternative, but I'm not really PROTEINMAXXING like some old school brahs do with 1g/lb and chit like that.
