Does Bruno Mars basically have the the simpiest lyrics out there? Yet...

"Although it hurts
I'll be the first to say that I was wrong
Oh, I know I'm probably much too late
To try and apologize for my mistakes
But I just want you to know
I hope he buys you flowers
I hope he holds your hand
Give you all his hours
When he has the chance
Take you to every party
'Cause I remember how much you loved to dance

Do all the things I should have done
When I was your man
Do all the things I should have done
When I was your man"

I'd catch a grenade for ya (yeah, yeah, yeah)
Throw my hand on a blade for ya (yeah, yeah, yeah)
I'd jump in front of a train for ya (yeah, yeah, yeah)
You know I'd do anything for ya (yeah, yeah, yeah)
Oh oh, I would go through all this pain
Take a bullet straight through my brain
Yes, I would die for ya, baby

But you won't do the same

...Yet I still find myself singing and listening to this gigamanlet's music, coping for the fact that I was not a teen in the 80s

His newest track with Anderson Paak, "Leave The Door Open" is like something straight out of the 80s, too good. They call themselves "Silk Sonic", dropping a new album soon.

I love old school R&B. Try and listen to Stevie Wonder "isn't she lovely" without smiling. It's physically impossible

Some of his songs like Grenade are Giga-level friendzone anthems but then "24k Magic" is swaggering IDAFmode so I'm not sure. Haven't listened to him much (source: not gay) but that's my take.

Agreed. I regularly listen to Stevie Wonder. I love Pastime Paradise (which became Gangster's Paradise by Coolio obviously) and Master Blaster (Jammin). I must be one of the few people at my age where I live who bother listening to such music.

24K Magic album is legit. Very few fillers on it - great production and sounds. Mirin not being gay

I can appreciate some metal, have some periods where I listen to a few metal songs, but there's no way I am able to listen to that stuff frequently. **** that

True, but some more simpier than others. Isn't it funny how in the 80s, 90s, early 2000s, RnB music was all about simping for each other; Men for women and women actually simping for men.

This changed; now, female RnB singers stopped simping for men, while the men seem to keep up the simping, although not as hardcore as the earlier years

I don't know, ironically, probably why RnB isn't good anymore. Beyonce did a huge damage to female RnB singers it might seem

Lol he literally has this song

[Verse 1]
Oh, I've never done this before
Never want to do this again
Wrong turn, on a dusty road
I did it to myself, I can't pretend
Well, I learned just a little too late
Good God, I must have been blind
Cause she got me for everything
Everything, everything, alright
Like my daddy, I'm a gambling man
Never been afraid to roll the dice
But when I put my bet on her
Little Miss Snake Eyes ruined my life

She better sleep with one eye open
Better make sure to lock her doors
'Cause once I get my hands on her, I'ma ooh

[Chorus]
Natalie, she ran away with all my money
And she did it for fun
Natalie, she's probably out there thinking it's funny
Telling everyone

Well, I'm digging a ditch for this gold digging bitch
Watch out, she's quick
Look out for a pretty little thing named Natalie
If you see her, tell her I'm coming
She better run

Lmao
