Both of these are memes and untrue.

Manny Pacquiao at 147lbs has to chow down 7000 calories a day just to stay in the 140s otherwise he would be a bantam weight, and he's shredded with abs.

The above two sayings only apply if you are a lazy AF curl bro doing 30 minute workouts at like 10% effort 3 times a week. If you train like a beast you'll actually be struggling to get enough food in your gullet.

Abs mean low body fat.

You can have a clean diet but still no definition unless you're under 5% bodyfat.

Pacquiao is not even close to 7k calories. That’s the same kinda stat as when the day some athlete is 2% bodyfat

And most of the time he doesn’t even have abs. Maybe for weigh ins with some dehydration but not the day of the fight or while training no

They call him "old no abs"



Also lol at him being "dehydrated" when he always weighs in several lbs under the limit.
