So I've become a crier

I lost my dad two months ago after a long and painful disease and since then I've become a crier. It's like sadness just became a part of me. It's weird 'cause I never used to cry before that. I mean I'm not depressed just kinda sad, my daily life is pretty much normal as it was before but then, just out of the blue sometimes I cry and feel sad af.

The other day I was with a girl in my home, just chilling after sex and just like that, my mood changed and I started crying. I just couldn't control it. She was very empathic tho but I felt so weird, I've never cried in front of a girl before. Well maybe in front of my ex but that's different 'cause we were together many years.

So like I said, during the day I usually feel well enough but I feel like sadness it's just around the corner.
Maybe I just need to accept that this chitty feeling is never gonna go away IDK.

Go write about it in a journal and do something you used to enjoy with your dad. Let it go and get back to being yourself.

It happens OP. Big losses in your life are often accompanied by periods where you aren't quite able to hold in your emotions for a while.

It'll come in waves that are less and less frequent and before you know it you'll be alright. Nothing wrong with crying like a little bitch every once in a while as long as it doesn't become something you do regularly.

i would say do something good
honouring your love to your father
a donation,volunteering,..etc

as for uncontrolable crying
i have red a study about infants
and them crying without a reason
and found out that it may be linked to microbe's
in your digestive tract[srs], it may be incoherent since the study
was dedicated to infants having gasterintestinal disease

1- take some probiotics
2-sleep enough and eat healthy,in tough times force your self and add many food flavouring [onion and garlic powder, olive oil,honey..etc]
3-look into saintworht and 5htp
4-atleast walk/jogg for 3-7k steps per day to release your endorphins

As long as you do it while alone and never tell a soul, it isnt a problem.

But weeping in front of women is not it.
