Nice...I had been using a propane smoker for years but got a Pit Boss pellet grill last summer and it's awesome. Have used it about 10 times. Put a pork in last fall about 10pm and let it go 200 degrees for like 18 hours. Damn good pulled pork. Also like doing cheese a lot.
I'd look into better pellets for a long smoke though. The Pit Boss pellets have filler which is ok for grilling but I like to use a 100% wood for my smoking. I have a local company I get from but they say Lumber Jack is good pellet.

I just got tired of tending to the wood smoker I have, that’s an all day chore. Also don’t get distracted and have a flare up, holy chit r.i.p. meat.
