Yes I'm aware of that, the little electric cable on the right side there makes it electric. That's like cheating but it will put out some nice meat.

What you throwing in tomorrow morning?

Nice...I had been using a propane smoker for years but got a Pit Boss pellet grill last summer and it's awesome. Have used it about 10 times. Put a pork in last fall about 10pm and let it go 200 degrees for like 18 hours. Damn good pulled pork. Also like doing cheese a lot.

I'd look into better pellets for a long smoke though. The Pit Boss pellets have filler which is ok for grilling but I like to use a 100% wood for my smoking. I have a local company I get from but they say Lumber Jack is good pellet.

Will have to check Lumber Jack out.

I just got tired of tending to the wood smoker I have, that’s an all day chore. Also don’t get distracted and have a flare up, holy chit r.i.p. meat.

What's wrong with electric smokers? I got a few people who use them and the meat always turns out great.
