Closing restaurant for a week cuz covid
I’m not vaxxed for it so zero symptoms obv
Everyone else acting like they gonna fall over and die
Am I allowed to tell people who decided to get vaxxed they need to keep up on their boosters ?
Second time this year already I’ve had to close because their immune systems are similar to that of a wet paper bag. Already told them to hop on unemployment.

Why would anyone want someone who is sick handling their food? Covid, cold, flu, gastro, pneumonia, etc. Thanks for letting me know you'd let a bunch of sick employees touch food. Would never go to your restaurant

*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

And I’m much much much better about being supportive and sending people home and not guilting people into working then any other restaurant I’ve worked for.

I’ve worked in enough places where I caught gastro flu because others worked with it that I’m very paranoid about anyone with dhiarhea or vomiting not being allowed in the building even (people like to come in and puke at work to prove they are sick or something). I never require doctors notes and always encourage people to not show up.
But if I have to close multiple times cuz somone has a sore throat and took a test. I won’t stay in business. Cost me 100k now this year about, my lease is up next spring and I will most likely close and reopen a 10-20 seat restaurant with just myself cooking.
