3-weeks post breakup udpate

Got dumped on June 7th still feel like a train wreck.

I lost 10lbs because I can barely eat anything and I haven't been to the gym since.

It requires every ounce of willpower and control to not reach out to her and plead for her to give us a second chance and try again.

I miss her like a mofo, It's been a while since I've been through these post-breakup cravings. I feel like a fukkin crackhead on rehab.

I have no idea of how long this is going to last and when I'll finally start feeling myself again.

Why are women so cold-hearted brahs ?

I loved her very much, I would have gave her the moon.

Why did she blindsided me until the very end ? Why wait for me to finally open up and start falling in love to drop ? why not during the 3 months prior ?

It's over I give up on women : I'd rather stay a monk for the rest of my life than endure this pain over and over again. That's one time too many.

Not to be cold, but my chick left me memorial day weekend after like 9 months, totally unexpected. It sucked. She sent me a long text, I replied with "K" and ghosted and blocked her. Easiest way to deal with it. 3 weeks later im pulling off of tinder with no problems, and I am super fat and not attractive. She made up her mind, shes not coming back, so move on and get laid bro.

My divorce was finalized about 4 weeks ago, I wouldn't wish that hell on my worst enemy. The amount of mental trauma/depression I went through and still go through is horrifying. I will never get that close to someone again.

I can't bring myself to block her because deep down there is still the slightest hope that she might regret her decision and comeback running.

I unfollowed her from instagram though but neither of us was able to block the other. Blocking is quite petty, unless you got cheated on, lied to or deceived, this is too much.

I put her gifts in a box, I masked her photos but couldn't deleter them nor our conversation.

For all the previous breakups I was strong enough to deleter everything the minute the breakup was pronounced, but not this time.

One thing is to just have focus in your own life. Let her be an auxiliary to it but not enough where you need it to survive.

It's the age of free love now and women got the upper hand unless you are like Zeus chad. But even then, they get played to.

Got to be Stone Cold now, rock solid hard and congealed. Nothing phases you, not even going toe to toe with a raging bull.

Listen, she aint coming back. For your own sanity and mental health delete all that stuff, throw it away, and move on. Someone better always come along and you cant get hung up on a chick that no longer wants you. Once a woman makes up her mind on this stuff, its over. Delete her and her freinds from your life.

hey man I remember you broke up on the week I did except mine was a 2 year relationship where we where she was talking about marriage 2 months ago

so far I got back in the gym and cutting lost 10 pounds / lifting heavy again
got new clothes
friend / adventure maxxing

Still is a mix of emotions but I can feel longer and longer periods of me feeling like I'm moving on.. also remember she will be back

Many live that life quite contently. Maybe not "happy" as happiness is mainly an illusion never far from collapsing. I am grateful that I never have and never will have to deal with a break-up. Just stay single and live on your own terms for a while and see how it goes.
