I have a friend locked up on murder charges. I use jailmail with him. You don't need to go through the service that you linked. There are specific sites for different prisons. All you need to know is the inmate's name and jail/prison they are in.
Never tried to find a woman in this way. lol But I found someone in foreclosure and they served him in an out of state prison. I just sent him $20 commissary and asked him if he wants to sell his house before the foreclosure auction which is in a couple months.
