This is the cover of my next book called 'Two Year Transformation'. Each chapter is an interview with a different person to find out what specifically they would recommend for diet and exercise in order to transform a body in two years.. I'm 258lbs at 48 years old on the left and 206lbs at 50 on the right. Notice the lack of capped delts and missing traps - this is because my physique wasn't obtained by taking exogenous testosterone. I do take supplements to increase my bodies own testosterone though.

Thus far it's just been a means of getting phone numbers of fit girls I run into who want to participate. Each chapter has their picture at the start and then their methodology and a funny gym story. The reader then can decide which program they want to follow.

I published my first book in 2021 which was a Christian Science Fiction Romantic Thriller. Got a $300 royalty check last month but it's since been taken down by Barnes & Noble. I think just the cover will be enough to sell this second book.
