If you make good sauce with herbs and spices, the sauce is it's own special thing. You then put it on a Sicilian type of crust and bake until the sauce thickens and you have a pizza that features the well made sauce only.
Not my favorite but very popular in PA.

I like it but don't eat it because it's kind of empty calories.
