.After my check up's at Yale medical center (had a transplant) my dad and I would always go to Pepe's pizza (ded srs, I live in norwalk c). Was never that impressed given all the hype with their pizza

I love extra cheese, but there is a good cheeseless pizza on the east coast called "Tomato Pie".

If you make good sauce with herbs and spices, the sauce is it's own special thing. You then put it on a Sicilian type of crust and bake until the sauce thickens and you have a pizza that features the well made sauce only.

Not my favorite but very popular in PA.

Tomato pie is great, but I don't really consider it pizza. It's a separate dish. The best ones are served cold, the sauce is sweeter than typical pizza sauce, and it can have grated parmesan on top.

I don't really consider it pizza but a friend of mine lived in Italy and I think they consider it pizza.

I like it but don't eat it because it's kind of empty calories.
