Tom Platz says the legpress is inferior to squats.
The quadfather has spoken
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

he was honestly way ahead of his time
or rather...far more people would benefit from the excessive range of motion he preaches compared to the heavier/lower range of motion approach in terms of longevity / joint health etc
aka kneesovertoesguy stuff

And guys who are able to do 6 sloppy 315 would have to stop repping his 3 plates

Those reps are what make you grow, but if you do that with a back squat its far more taxing on your entire body and makes for more risk of injury.why do an inferior movement? Because i dont have to worry about snapping my chit up
