semi-fainted in the gym today (hold me brah) (tour over?)

in the last ~7-8 weeks i wasnt consistent at all in the gym due to alot of things, averaging i guess 1 workout per week.
got my chit together and since last week im back on the regular schedule (3 workouts/week.) still not feeling like i felt 8 weeks ago (lost 7lbs)

anyway today i went for a massive workout. did an extra set for each exercise, added weight.
in the end of the workout i decided to add an extra biceps exercise, preacher curl (i usually just do the regular incline bicep curl and thats it for the biceps), said ill do 3 sets of 8 and go home.

during the first set i really started feeling dizzy and not so good, stopped at 5 reps. thought for a couple of minutes if i should just go home or try again, decided to try again, and after 3-4 reps i just lost all the grip, dropped the weight and semi-fainted for like half a sec, falling to my knees (had a bench there to hold with my hand so i didnt fell on my face). had such a big urge to throw up, no idea how i managed to keep it inside. big headache, big dizziness.
felt bad af, also embarassed as alot of people came to me (dropping the weight made HUGE noise.)
sat and drank water for a few mins then went home, feeling like chit. even now, typing this i feel like im about to collapse - idk why.

is my tour over? why do you think it happened? in alot of my workouts i push myself and the worst that happened so far is failing a set.

Used to happen to me when I didn’t pay close attention to my water intake before the gym.

Working out hard while dehydrated is very dangerous srs

If you're recently vacc'd TS i'd be taking things very easy, completely srs.

Had a young (19yo) colleague do exactly that at work the other day, he wasn't lifting weights, just went really pale and keeled over at work during morning meeting. Rushed to hospital, heart issues. Yes vacc'd and boosted. Not sure if we'll see him again.
There's been a few stories in our (controlled) media now about young people feeling dizzy/unwell, going to the bathroom and dying suddenly, which was ultimately tied to the vaccine.

I talked to the union delegate for a large security company the other day, he had 9 workers drop dead last week in similar circumstances.

it happened to me like the very first time I went to the gym and a experienced lifter put me trough his workout ( bad mistake )
pushed me way to hard, all of a sudden felt very cold / dizzy but didnt faint. Went home and felt powerless until after a while.

If I were you I would go to the doctor

edit : Wtf is up with vaxxed people dropping dead ? damn... scary stuff. Stay safe OP.

Happens to me often if I’m unfit or didn’t eat well prior to work out.

No doc diagnosed it but I’ve had this since I was 12.

My guess is it’s just an exasperated version of what most people feel if they push themselves too hard without the right energy before the workout.

So get your carbs in and maybe sugar.

I think I have hypoglycaemia or hypotension. Either way, I have to lay down and eat something quick.

Arms get very tight, blurred vision, feel like not enough blood to the head, falling asleep

If you've vaxxed your heart is fuked.

If not, get some comprehensive blood work done, it will help identify what's wrong.

This, and also what the brave 20% would even do after the other 80% drop dead, and society has completely crumbled.

Imagine their fumbling attempts at a re-build..

I had something similar happen to me 10 years ago while I was warming up doing squats. I had 100kg on the bar, which I did all the time but for some reason I felt really faint and I had to stop.

I sat on the hamstring curl to see if I could continue, but I ended up not even trying as I had no energy. After about 20 minutes I felt alright to drive home. I have not had an incident like that since.

I hope it is a one off for you too, OP.

Bro I remember you telling me and I listened. Best decision I ever made.

Vaccine remorse is real. And it’s spectacular.

@op. We told you not to take this shiit. But you refused to listen.

Only advice I can give you is try the corpse method. You work out zero days a week and then you lay down and rot

Best part about the workout plan is you can eat what evah the fuk you want because it doesn’t really matter anymore.

Have a nice day.

If not vaxxed, brush it off, it was nothing.

If vaxxed, tour’s over. I would feel sorry but all the vaxcells terrorized everyone for so long with their perceived moral superiority and total lack of reason and judgement, that all I can say is you get what’s coming

You obviously overdid it after not doing much so next time be careful and return slowly. That's also how you get injured.
