So lately ive only been buying a pack of cigs once every 2 weeks Srs

How bad is this really? Ill finish a pack then i wont smoke again for like 1 week to 1.5 weeks. It takes me 4 days or so to finish a pack. I usually feel a lot of guilt so thats why i dont smoke again for a while.

I go through a pack of 25 every week. So like 3-4 a day. Been at this level for about a decade. Some weeks I dont even smoke at all, especially when its cold as chit outside. Idgaf it helps me relax
