What's wrong with it? I had pretty bad shoulder pain and doing dead hangs every workout helped tremendously.

Torn rotator cuff.

I keep it taped up and don't go heavy. I only increase weight when I'm able to do 10 reps easily. My chest is **** though, always has been.

It always starts to hurt after I do chest exercises, particularly my left shoulder but my right sometimes too ๐Ÿ˜• a few weeks ago I got injured really bad after a pretty light workout but I might have fuked up my pec too because I felt pain in that fiber or whatever you feel when you do chest flies ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ

I've been doing dead hangs as well ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ‘ It helps a lot, I remember being in really bad pain all the time ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ -> watched a video about it by the most famous physical therapists ๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ on YouTube (in their opinion of course ๐Ÿ˜„) -> did it and heard a pop ๐Ÿพ and instantly the pain went away ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ but I guess there are deeper issues with it ๐Ÿ˜”

The sad thing is that I already use very low weight ๐Ÿ˜• like I'm able to do the 10 reps very easily but it still hurts when I get home ๐Ÿค” my chest has always been chitty also ๐Ÿ˜” in fact, my first post on this forum was me complaining about my bench being stuck at 95 lbs ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘

both my shoulders are pretty fuked from 6 years of powerlifting

you just have to experiment and find what doesn't hurt and stick with that. Drop the ego and don't do chit that irritates it.

For me I can do:

incline DB press
flat cable chest press
sometimes flat DB flyes depending on how cranky my shoulders are feeling
all pretty light in the 8-20 rep range

used to bench 400 with barbell, 120's on flat, and 110's on incline, now I only own DB's up to 70lbs so I just do sets of 12-15 with those. My shoulders always give out before my actual muscle do, so I don't push it.

it's not optimal, but it's better than nothing

for the DB press I rotate my wrists slightly so it's its half way between a pronated grip and neutral grip
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Tore my left labrum. I only bench on machines and pretty light now. I stop as soon as I feel any tightness.

Had a dislocated shoulder and doc said as long as it doesn't happen repeatedly should be fine. Couldn't do pull ups 8 weeks out, so just focused on upper body with machines. Lost a bit of weight but back to normal.

Interesting ๐Ÿค” Yeah I've noticed incline DB press is slightly better than flat (or maybe it's just because the weight is inevitably lower?) ๐Ÿ˜„ but I need to try rotating my wrist ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”

For pec flies I generally use the machine for it which is something like this: ๐ŸŽฅ

But I think the shoulder moves too much and that causes problems too ๐Ÿ˜” maybe I should try twisting my wrist or moving my hand lower on the handle ๐Ÿค”

Did you dislocate it from trauma or from lifting? ๐Ÿ˜ฎ I think mine might be dislocated since like my left clavicle bulges more than my right ๐Ÿ˜•
