Torn rotator cuff.
I keep it taped up and don't go heavy. I only increase weight when I'm able to do 10 reps easily. My chest is **** though, always has been.

I've been doing dead hangs as well ๐๐ It helps a lot, I remember being in really bad pain all the time ๐ตโ๐ซ -> watched a video about it by the most famous physical therapists ๐จโโ๏ธ on YouTube (in their opinion of course ๐) -> did it and heard a pop ๐พ and instantly the pain went away ๐ฎโ๐จ but I guess there are deeper issues with it ๐

both my shoulders are pretty fuked from 6 years of powerlifting
you just have to experiment and find what doesn't hurt and stick with that. Drop the ego and don't do chit that irritates it.
For me I can do:
incline DB press
flat cable chest press
sometimes flat DB flyes depending on how cranky my shoulders are feeling
all pretty light in the 8-20 rep range
used to bench 400 with barbell, 120's on flat, and 110's on incline, now I only own DB's up to 70lbs so I just do sets of 12-15 with those. My shoulders always give out before my actual muscle do, so I don't push it.
it's not optimal, but it's better than nothing
for the DB press I rotate my wrists slightly so it's its half way between a pronated grip and neutral grip

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Tore my left labrum. I only bench on machines and pretty light now. I stop as soon as I feel any tightness.

Had a dislocated shoulder and doc said as long as it doesn't happen repeatedly should be fine. Couldn't do pull ups 8 weeks out, so just focused on upper body with machines. Lost a bit of weight but back to normal.

For pec flies I generally use the machine for it which is something like this: ๐ฅ
But I think the shoulder moves too much and that causes problems too ๐ maybe I should try twisting my wrist or moving my hand lower on the handle ๐ค
