New physique update 6'0" 195 pounds

10 days out from trip to cancun, think this is the leanest ive ever been. Finally the golden below 10% bf?














Not gonna lie ive had insomnia for the last few days lol. My body doesnt want me sleeping it wants me to find some food.

They don't. It's too sinewy. But I'm sure OP will look less like beef jerky when he starts eating and rehydrates. Regardless, very impressive OP.

The answer would be a hard yes. Im not huge IRL, so i dont have that effect that actual bodybuilders have on women. They do love a lean body tho, at least most of them do, especially gym bunnies.

I dont think i am because strenght is just the same as pre-cut. Thats the best way to gauge it i think.

I think the vascularity is a bit misleading. I have more veins in arms and legs at 15% bf than some open bodybuilding pros do on competition day, i think its just genetics.

Life is brutal at that level. Did it once and still wasnโ€™t even close to competition level. Trade off not there for me below ~12%.

Respect the discipline though, itโ€™s tough mentally and physically.

Itโ€™s definitely a VERY impressive physique from a bodybuilding perspective. Hats off to OP there.

Yet I would prefer more body fat so heโ€™s not so vascular. Thatโ€™s just my preference, though.
