Realized that locking out completely on bench press stimulates my chest more
Been avoiding full lockout to maintain tension in my chest throughout my sets but realized I actually feel it more when I fully lockout and squeeze my chest at the top.
Anyone else feel the same?

practice chest flexing in the mirror, simulate the exercise.
