I have an e skateboard.

Honestly idk what it is but electric chit is just fun to ride. My board goes almost 30 mph and can cover about 20 miles on a charge. Big ass pneumatic wheels so I can go on trails and grass and chit.


The torque is crazy, my board will just launch right out from under you if you full throttle. Ordered that chit straight from China

In my county in Tampa Bay they pulled up 45 miles of train rails and made a long biking trail. I usually bike up the beach and then circle back to take the trail back home 30-40 miles at a time.

I always shake my head when I see a fat ass on an ebike, peddling as if they are getting a workout and flying by me at 30 mph. i know this to be true because I bought a bike that was ridden by someone who previously had an ebike and thought there was not much difference. He rode the bike one day and then sold it back to the bike shop.

I dont understand the E bike thing....I swear every kid from 8yo - 15yo run around my neighborhood in packs on these fkn things and lets just say most of them appear as if the NEED to be pedaling the fkn bike for some cardio.

But maybe I'm the weird one.... I have a Black and Gold Big Ripper I cat around on with the kids when its time to pedal



And when its time to FK ill dust off the CRF450R



But im old so maybe this $hit isnt cool anymore.. idk

If you're a serious commuter, than ebikes can be awesome. You just need to get to and from work, no need to break a sweat. But for exercise/recreational purposes, they aren't as great as a nice MTB. For one thing they are heavy, and secondly i ride bikes specifically for the excercise, and dont want a motor doing it for me. Also not any good for serious offroad trails.

But you can still get a good exercise on an ebike, it's up to you how much you want to motor to do the work. So they can be amazing depending what youre using it for. Like if you're old or youre just getting back into biking. And they sure arent going anywhere, so get used to them.

I have never seen an ebike that was not on max support

The thing with e bikes and even the e dirt bikes is you can shred them anywhere and it doesn't bother people because they aren't brrrap brrrap noise all over the place. I had a quad and dirt bike as a teen and cops stopped me a million times. I got my quad impounded when I drove it to the store for cigarettes in a snow storm when I was 18 lol. Absolute crap.
