Banana bread french toast with some scrambled eggs.

Nice do you put anything on the scrambled eggs?

Salt? or Salt and Pepper? Also, thoughts on ketchup on scrambled eggs?

Yeah, that looks tasty AF.


But how about instead of banana bread, try some corn bread next time? It's like a savoury version of banana bread. Would be a great complement to scrambled eggs. Personally, I would do the corn bread plus a Mexican omelette. Fry some onions, some bacon, tomato and chorizo into an omelette. Fuk yes.


Oh, and you should be using a bit of creme fraiche for your eggs, too.

Cook my eggs in butter and salt and pepper. I don't eat ketchup but I know many who do.

I had a bunch of old bananas so I made 2 loaves. Corn bread/mexican omellet noted.

corn bread and banana bread are nothing alike and doesnt seem like it would be good made french toast style. i dont eat eggs but that banana bread french toast looks good!have to try that some time.and before some smart ass says french toast is made with eggs im well aware of that.

You don't have to use eggs for french toast. You can use regular milk or dairy-free milk with cornstarch, vanilla extract, and cinnamon...will give the same consistency as using eggs.

oh.yeah your right.i was just saying that cause usually theres always someone out there that will point that out.you would be surprised how much trouble people give me for not liking eggs.they think im weird.i dont like them and im allergic to eggs and dairy.but its almost impossible to avoid dairy forever so i kinda say screw it.i got mild eczema but its no big deal.just dont like eggs but i cook with them like batters and such.any way thanks! ill keep that vanilla trick in mind.get you on spread

i guess.arent you from EU?id imagine your corn bread is way different than here.theres tons of different ways to make it.i prefer southern style made with cracklins and jalapenos

I made a banana bread recipe for 1 loaf. I divided the batter and made 2 loaves, so smaller portion sizes and less calories. That's why the pieces are smaller.
