Yeah, that looks tasty AF.
But how about instead of banana bread, try some corn bread next time? It's like a savoury version of banana bread. Would be a great complement to scrambled eggs. Personally, I would do the corn bread plus a Mexican omelette. Fry some onions, some bacon, tomato and chorizo into an omelette. Fuk yes.
Oh, and you should be using a bit of creme fraiche for your eggs, too.
