Tips to get enough protein while cutting? srs

srs, only one I can think of is these high protein yogurts rn, <200 calories for 20-25 grams

1 full carton of egg whites is 500 calories and 100 grams protein. They are pasteurized, so oftentimes I'll just drink them,

Liquid egg whites and low fat cottage cheese. You can easily consume around 1100 calories in those two and consume 180 grams of protein. Now just add in healthy fats and carbs. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

How much protein do you need and how many cals are you aiming for ?

As for your <200 cals for 20-25g, chicken breasts are 165 ish calories for 30g of protein per 100g
