Trial set for for dominion vote flipping case

Maybe you're not aware but there has been ongoing litigation against dominion flipping the result of a 2018 election.

If you're wondering how this case has gone on so long without the lawyers censured, sued for defamation and investigated by the fbi for terrorism, the answer is simple: these are dems challenging a reoublican win.

If dominiion looses there could be consequences and more trials. They are suing people and companies for questioning their integrity so if they lose this case it would validate the other side.

Are you sure what your brain was doing while typing out this thread matches the lawsuit you referred to?

Article says the lawsuit has been ongoing since 2017, and it isn't against Dominion specifically, but against the state of GA for using electronic voting systems in general.

I somewhat agree with the lawsuit. Whatever the system that is used, it should be at least as robust and verifiable as paper ballots.

The other point I'd make is many people seem to think anything less than instant election results is an indication of fraud.

That means you want electronic voting machines.

But electronic machines can't be trusted.

Which means you want paper ballots.

But they take too long to count, time that can be used to commit fraud.

So you want electronic machines...

Or you could just do what Texas does - the electronic machine prints out a paper ballot. Instant tally with a paper trail.

That's what the Georgia machines do too, but it's not good enough because Trump lost.

Let's be honest, the lawsuits are brought by people like Stizzle who are upset at the results and will never be satisfied with the methods no matter what they are.

Well, you've official broken stizzel. The smooth brain has no logical retort, so he's responding with garbage.

Cringe.

Literally everything Schitzzel ever posts is pathetically fraudulent.

First, the headline of the article is "Mike Lindell Cheers Judge's 'Historic' Ruling as Vindication" so we know why it showed up in whatever news feed for retards you use.

https://www.newsweek.com/mike-lindel...piracy-1844815

Second, the actual ruling is: "The judge found there to be "material facts in dispute" that must be decided at a bench trial, which she set to begin January 9, 2024."
