What's your bodyfat? You should start off with more calories. Also up your fats and lower your protein. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

About 18%

Mmm nah cutting with dat der cell tech so dont need the natty test production from more fats.

Could go 200c and 70f

protein however is staying at 250 lol.

Whats your thoughts on how much cardio?

I wouldn't do any cardio until your weight loss stalls. Try to do as little as possible to lose the weight, rather than throwing everything out in the beginning. That way when you're actually getting lean, you don't need to do 2 hours of cardio to have the same effect. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

more than 200g protein and less than 200g carbs. all i really track and try to vary the diet. aiming at 2300 +/- 100 kcal/day, should be around 600-800kcal deficit based on estimated 3.2k maintenance. will assess every month but planning on decreasing by ~100 kcal/day every 4 weeks for 16 weeks. im at 216lbs, somewere in 20-25% bf. want to drop 25 +/- 5 lbs by spring depending on what the trt does for me and I know im holding extra water.

Sounds like a good plan.

I've cut in the past and essentially you want to be done and dusted between 12-16 weeks.

Don't really do the bulking then cutting thing anymore lol. I fancy staying lean and healthy all year. Roughly 1900 to 2200 per day. Upper/lower split 4 times per week and rucksacking every day. My personal opinion...big arm's, legs, back, etc...don't really count if you're soft in the gut lol...just my personal opinion.

I eat around 2100cals on a cut, often 1800-900s.

Usually 150carbs, 180protein, rest fats.
Smth along those lines, people always tell me cut slow. But those same people are never shredded.
Bcf to justify 3months to drop 15lbs, thats just trash.
