ADHD is definitely real and I have it, have had it since early childhood I’m talking 4-5 y/o

Either that or I have some other form of brain damage or disorder or mental retardation but we can call it ADHD for convenience purposes

Tinnitus and acid reflux are quite real. If you have any musician friends almost guaranteed they have tinnitus and I had reflux for a while due to a hiatal hernia but it's better now.

But things that naturopaths and chiros dream up like adrenal fatigue and subluxations of the spine are fake as hell.

I have tinnitus in my right ear, 24/7. It's from working in a manufacturing plant. It started off intermittent, would ring then go away after 10 seconds. Now it's permanent
