40 hours into fast

What's the most optimal time to aim for? I've done a couple of 72hr fasts before and one or two 36 hour ones. Feeling great, got my magnesium & nu-salt + apple cider vinegar for that clarity.

Autoph4gy kicked in already, no ketostix to measure if I'm in ketosis but should be.

3-5 days. After 5 days you can actually start to lose a little bit of muscle. Not much, but consider how much longer it takes to gain muscle in the first place if you aren't a workout newbie.
Yeah Buddyyy! Light weight! Light weight baby!!!!

I do a few 5 day fasts a few times a year. If I'm not mistaken they say 4 days of fasting is plenty. I don't do mine for weight loss.

Good luck

To induce autoph4gy and repair cells. They say you should do a fast once a month. It's a mental workout also, how much willpower do you have to not eat but go through with what you planned.

Do you still workout when you're fasting for over a day? And how much salt do you aim to consume a day? Currently on day 12 no alcohol day 5 nofap and day 2 no nicotine trying to teach myself willpower and I've been interested in fasting. Monkmaxxing srs
