How do I change my personality

I’m the typical introvert that doesn’t wanna do anything

Sits silently doesn’t talk unless talked to

Not funny
Boeing etc

How do I become the opposite, outgoing, center of attention, always talking
I don't check my CP, IDC about reps/negs

You can try, but it will always come off as fake srs

You'll do or say something that you think an extroverted person would have done or said

Then the record that's playing in the background will screech to a halt. Everyone will turn and look at you in dead silence like

Sorry to break it to you, but if you "don't wanna do anything" you're not an introvert, you're just boring. The latter can be worked on.
How do you become outgoing? You do the opposite of what you're doing now. You talk to people and make an effort. You don't control your natural temperament such as extraversion, but you control your actions. You can go up to people and talk to them, and learn what people respond to and don't respond to, and you will get better at it with time.

Work a customer facing service job that puts you out of your comfort zone like busy retail or serving

Do that for a while and you'll develop better people and social skills and won't feel uncomfortable initiating conversation with strangers

Its a natural human instinct to seek out connection with other people you just have to get over your fear and insecurity
money, cars, clothes and hoes is all a miscer knows

When you come to think of it, almost all human behaviour and activity is not essentially any different from animal behaviour. The most advanced technologies and craftsmanship bring us, at best, up to the super-chimpanzee level. Actually, the gap between, say, Plato or Nietzsche and the average human is greater than the gap between that chimpanzee and the average human.

I was or at least felt like that. Invisible. I remember the final year of school a girl in my class called me by the wrong name. It was close to my real name but not right. When I corrected her she looked at me irritated and said "… then what the hell is your name?" . I would not claim to be centre of attention these days, but it sure is a lot better than what it was.

Anyway. One day many years ago I got so sick and tired of being who I was that I started doing things I normally would not do. At this point I was so tired of everything I just didn't cared if I made a fool of myself. There were basically nothing worth protecting anymore. I took up public speaking classes and signed up to do leadership courses at work. Stuff like that. And I guess along the way, it took years, it changed my personality. I have a better life today. Perhaps something similar would work for you.

Working on yourself requires putting yourself in to the situations that make you weak, controlling your emotions, and observing. Sometimes observation of others in those situations can help you see how others navigate social situations.

Both Christ and the stoics use this philosophy. Demonic possession and the stoic’s interpretation of possession are very closely related. It is a lack of self control and over one’s emotions, leading to undesirable behavior. Biblically speaking, the whole purpose of Christ is to give us the greatest good to look to for guidance of how to act. God in the flesh himself, our creator, the one who knows us best, sent to us from God, that is giving us instruction on developing character to achieve the greatest good. For the stoics, it was a philosophy that they raised their children with. Children are very malleable, so they made sure to impress them with stoicism at a very early age, like 5-6. Same with Christianity.

Hopefully this gives you some direction. It’s best to have a role model to imitate, and as you become more comfortable, your true personality will start to shine. I would be careful on who you use though. I truly believe Christ is the answer for this, because he was without sin, so everything he did and said are amazing examples of how to conduct yourself and your thoughts. Whether it be around friends, family, or strangers, and even enemies, he showed us how to live every day of our lives.

Not for that. For opening his mind and letting him find his own answer.

No amount of pep talk, alcohol, or even leaving him up to his own devices will do anything.

most people who drop acid are dumb af and have no clue how to use it, they do it in the worst possible environments and learn nothing. Even if you do have some profound insights in a good setting, you've got a lot work to do after the trip if you're ever gonna implement it.

As long as you're not an assshole or something bad like that, you're much better off adjusting the types of people you surround yourself with than you are trying to adapt to pleasing people you don't naturally fit in well with

You don’t OP.

The whole point of personality is that it’s a relatively fixed thing that remains stable across time. Radical transformation is EXTREMELY rare.

So, at 30, odds are good you’re more or less who you are gonna be for the rest of your life.

B) It’s my guess you’re full of chit anyway and your personality has not changed nearly as much as you think it has, if at all.

C) You’re probably confusing personality with maturation or wisdom or development, etc. As we get older we change or grow in various ways, but our CORE personality usually remains pretty intact.

sure, "radical transformation" overnight is rare, but everyone can make incremental changes to their personality traits regardless of their default, and those changes compound over time and can yield quite radical changes. saying "you are who you are once you hit 30" is a lazy blanket statement used by people who don't want to change.
