I had to rent a storage unit through Public Storage. I was informed the way to open the gate was (1) download their app, (2) enable location on my phone to activate the door. There's a keypad literally right there, but I'm supposed to jump through technology hoops just to use your services. What if I didn't have a smartphone? Oh and yea I can pay right from the app!

Then it was Schwab. I have a worthless brokerage account through them. (was TD Ameritrade…been red since 1/20/2021) Anyway, their new security feature is using your voice. I was supposed to say "My voice is my password" 3 fukin times like a courted sheep just to get through to someone. I told the rep how that's going too far but of course they probably don't see anything wrong with it.
