Do you think that most people are 'not worth knowing' or 'unimportant'?

As in it's likely that certain people might even make your life WORSE and not better

Absolutely. I've cut a few of these people out of my life.

Thieves, liars, pathological narcissists, just downright ass-holes and psychopaths who would have gotten me into serious trouble. I did it just last year, a guy I met was just incessantly abusive, a condescending know it all, and borrowed $300 for an airfare and then tried to guilt trip me when I asked for the money back ( didn't demand it back in one hit, said he could pay back in little instalments and he still squealed like a baby).

People like that are scum. The sooner you fuk them off, the better.

I don't think most people are unimportant, though. I'd rather have 3 close friends than 50 people I don't really gel with just to keep up the appearance of being cool.
Back off, Warchild.

One thing I learned in life as I got older is be wary of who you lend money to. I have about 5 really best friends that If they ever needed help financially I would def help them since they've helped me too in the past, but any random "friend" they will take your money, and run. I once helped a "friend" when he told me he couldn't make his rent. It was $400 so I sent it to him, and told him to pay me back when he could. I let 3 months go by, and texted him about it in a nice way. He acted like he was always busy, and how he's with family, and cant talk right now lmao. I knew then he was a leech, and cut him off, and cut my losses. Deleted his number.

Yes, it does seem as if this taking the money and running thing is quite a common occurrence amongst people. Even people who are friends. I think even if the person has to start chasing you up for it, that's chitty. To just manipulate someone into giving you money and taking advantage of their generosity to leave them out of pocket, that's a fcking scumbag POS thing to do. You borrow money, you pay it back. Even if it's instalments, you pay it back.

With my guy, I was being polite with his BS but secretly, I was considering going and beating the absolute chit out of him if he really planned to rort me. Or just get some guys and go around to his, take his computer and a few other possessions, and politely tell him the debt is repaid, lol. Keep the money, but you'd really fcking regret doing that and would never do it again.

For OP, there's also this tranny at the university that I'm thinking about just telling to GTFO. She/it or whatever, literally talks about nothing but herself and her own interests, and just goes on rambles for minutes on end and never involves the other person. People who only talk about themselves are toxic and devoid of awareness, these people should be fukked off too.

Even your family can be full of people that are horrible. I don't even interact with them anymore unless it's forced.

But yes, a real skill is to spot these people and make sure to manage them if you have to interact with them (ie coworkers) or just cut them (family and friends). Think about how many people you walk/drive by in a typical day. All the people living around you and you have no idea who they are. So most people, you don't even consider day to day.
