This could have been her son’s favorite song that they may have been listening to before he passed away, and she’s just tryna relieve the good memories one last time. Secondly, she’s obvious recovering or actively on something atm. It’s not hard to understand.

Dancing at funerals in Africa is common, as it is at any event there-it seems they believe it can ease the deceased into the next life. Even though these ones have likely been born in the west, it is still their genetics. Just like we still jump when we hear a rustling in a bush-because our ancestors had to be fearful of lions jumping out at them. Funerals there are generally more like parties than sombre as they are here. Kind of goes with their colourful clothing-their life is one of joy & partying.

Ridiculous. Absolutely no basis to this claim aside from videos on the internet. I have never in my life been to a funeral where there was twerking and dancing in any capacity, not even at the reception afterwards. Its a funeral not a wedding.

You aren't African though. They can no more stop their heritage, than a cat can stop hunting birds & mice & bringing them to us.

The lady in the video isn't African, and I've been to African funerals here in the US and there is no dancing like that, and even if there were dancing it sure as hell wouldn't involve twerking.
