Chicken is the most overrated POS food on the planet (SRS)

Why are people obsessed with the worst tasting meat/poultry on the planet?

Is it because sheep think it's "healthiest meat/poultry option" and they believe beef is bad for you?

It's a dry, lean, POS tasteless peice of junk food.

I alway LOL @ these idiots who wants rice and chicken and drown it in some type of white sauce because they can't eat that DRY POS without some type of sauce. Basically admitting it sucks.

The only way chicken is good is if it's fried and that is heart attack 101.

Chicken = junk food.

A steak needs literally nothing. Just a lil salt and pepper and sear it (i eat it raw, I'm talking about 'normies')

To make chicken edible you need to add sauces and do a bunch of stuff to it and it's still a dry POS.

I cook thighs to 185-195 now and they are better. Surprisingly it doesn't dry them out

Knowing how to cook chicken makes a big difference.

Bone-in and skin-on leaves the greatest room for error to prevent dryness and blandness.

Cooking a whole chickens gives you a lot of options. You can stuff the bird with fruit, spices, allowing the meat to absorb the flavors. Baste is regularly.

OP can't cook.

You need to cut the breast into bite sized chunks, put in a pan of cold water and bring to the boil for 5 mins.

Then cook those chunks in whatever sauce/curry on a low heat for 15 mins.

Trust me that will not be dry chicken and if it's tasteless then you're buying the wrong chicken!
