Anyone ever dealt with carpet beetles

ever since spring started seems like carpet beetles are everywhere where i live and they've been coming into the house through window seels. no idea how they are even able to get in. any recommendations?

arent they harmless? ive been noticing these little fuks around my room too

I noticed a couple on the baseboard in my house. They never move and don't do anything.

Apply bifenthrin around the house perimeter, entry points and especially window frames
Apply permethrin to your carpeted areas and vacuum

You gotta vacuum every day for about a week. Even if you don't see any they still may have laid eggs in the carpet. Then you want to spray the outside of the window seal with vinegar and place bifenthrin on top of the soil below the window where they're coming in.
