Certain companies are doing well, driving up the S&P500.

Truth is, something like 17 of the top 20 revenue companies around the world are based in the US. of course we're excelling.

I don't believe this to be Biden's fault though, I think we'd be doing even better with a more US-based culture and without a president who panders to the left. The left is not pro-US most of the time.

Companies and stocks and investments are all down.

They appear green because the USD power is falling faster than stock values.

We're f*cked.

he has pretty much taught us all the importance of having a lot of money in savings.

Its because you never know how badly a politician will **** up every single business all in a short span.

Lol I don't do stocks. Real estate has been doing well, but materials prices are high too so it's been a net neutral for the most part.

I'm in Mutual funds, my Capital Funds, Growth Fund of 'Merika returned 31.13% last year, 13.04% last 5 years, 11.82% over 10 years.

So yeah, even with this ridiculous inflation it's hard to complain about 31.32% return.

I don't necessarily think biden or trump had a ton of effect on the stock market. Its pretty much all driven by a few tech companies and reacts based on fears around CPI and FOMC interest decisions. The only time politics really have had any play on the market is once we get real close to not passing short term budgets.

Markets surged his whole Presidency.

His Covid denial at the end was his big black eye.
