Being insecure may keep you away from possibly interested people, but it doesn't change how other people see you.

A fat girl isn't going to be attractive because she doesn't think she's fat.

Interdasting. Are you black or polynesian? I noticed those guys can pull off the bald look since their hair types aren't that attractive. Plus being darker skin helps with the bald look too.

I always love listening to baldcel cope. You always look better with hair and should take measures to save it, even if it means a transplant.

There's no real way to spin being a baldcel as a positive. No hair is at least a point drop in attractiveness.
Back off, Warchild.

I dont think OP is coping

The baldcels that blame every misfortune on them being bald are the coping ones.

Just working with what you’ve got without feeling sorry for yourself is the best mentality.

yea, having a good vibe and outlook on life.. you can't really lose.

bald guys need some luck - good head shape + some things in your own control - add muscle, a beard and tats.. legit bad boy panty dropper imo. might not attract the 18-23 year olds though.

Having a full head of hair helps but in my experience what really draws women in to a man is something more - I'm 30 and bald and have been since I was 21 and I'm at that point where I don't even care nor think about it.. I just consider my self and old arse and even now very often I get the attention from really good looking 18-19 year old girls as in when I talk to them their shy and submissive, etc all the signs of attraction.

But when I was a stupid 21 year old I thought my world was over coz of baldness

It’s the insecurity over your looks changing that fuks you over, not the actual hair loss.

Imagine you were born bald and never grew hair. You would think NOTHING of it. That bald ass man in the mirror is you, and always has been. The problem with hair loss is that you’ve become so accustomed to seeing yourself with hair, so much so that it’s now a firm part of your self-image.

Objectively speaking, it does affect your attractiveness somewhat. As someone else said you prob drop a point on the looks scale. BUT frankly there are far better optimisations for your looks than retaining your hair. Getting fit and in shape is probably the best use of your time.

IDK, I shaved my head for a while in the Navy and it didn't seem to hurt (and some people even said they thought I looked better with it shaved after I started growing it out again) - but I do think that there's probably a difference between being a chrome dome vs having a shaved head but having the stubble to show that you do still have hair.

I shaved mine for charity when I was in college and kept getting in to fights until it grew back. I look like an escaped convict with a shaved head and it makes some people want to kick off with me.

If you’re a good looking man it doesn’t matter if you have a shaved head or let your hair grow. Some guys look better with the shaved head look and some guys look better with hair style, either way though, ultimately it comes down to how handsome you are.

There is some truth though that a shaved head lends itself to a more thuggish vibe or appearance. You can get confused for a cholo or skinhead especially if you are in shape and have tats.

Going early and getting it over with is also a smart move, you'll barely age for 20-30 years but if you hair was thinning/receeding year on year you'd start ageing quicker. You take an initial hit but then maintain it.
