Top trim japanese vs 'European luxury'?

Which do you choose and why?

Looking at top trim versions of the Mazda 6 and they have all the bells and whistles and a decent 2.5L Petrol Turbo engine, plus a regular automatic transmission/torque converter and not CVT.

Cheap/easy repairs and decent reliability on the skyactiv petrol engines.

For the same price, you can buy a decent used Benz, BMW or Audi, but from where I'm sitting the top trim mazda is a better deal due to reliability.

I understand that misc is not a car forum, but really, no responses?

Top trim would be a Toyota Century that starts at like $180k.

There is literally a car section though
