How bad is it to take out an entire container of ice cream in one sitting?

Not a pint but one of those big breyers type things. Once or twice a week, how bad?

I think pints are actually the way to go because they’re made with cream. The Breyers type containers are more milk. Milk has too much lactose.

1.5 quarts or what used to be a half gallon, lets do some math.

How many servings X calories and fat per serving=?

I would not recommend it.

I might be lactose intolerant, but I still wouldn't recommend it for someone who isn't.

I've actually done that before. I was on the toilet probably 8 times the next morning and felt like sh!t. The consumption was amazing, but that pleasure is not worth the pain the next day. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Look at the ingredients. It's usually the "ice cream" that is half the price as the others. Breyers is one of them. Häagen-Dazs and Blue Bell are real. If they have more ingredients, it's not the ice cream, it's the cookies and candy added to it.

it would be easy to do, but id try not to. it takes serious dedication to be aesthetically skinny, which is also borderline unhealthy skinny.

I do this regularly. It's honestly not a big deal. You'll have a bunch of water weight for like 3 days but assuming you go back to eating normal you'll be fine. The fat people eat like this every day I guess because I binge out hard at least once a week and never gain a thing. Granted I'm not making many gains doing this either mostly just spinning my wheels maintaining where I am.
