How long does it take to gain back muscle?

I used to be 205 lbs. at 5’8” around 25% body fat. Is there such thing as muscle memory for gaining back muscle you used to have. I weigh around 148 lbs. around 25% body fat right now.

Maybe roll bread, but how did you lose so much mass?
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

I think you just gotta get back into a routine again then, struggling with that a bit myself these last few years actually but my weight hasn't changed at all

Of course there's muscle memory. Don't underestimate diet if looking to gain back muscle. You can skip the whey powder, eat more actual food protein than you're used to. If you're vegetarian, don't be.
Yeah Buddyyy! Light weight! Light weight baby!!!!
