Not big worms like you see with dogs usually but either tape worms or these small almost microscopic worms called pinworms. So with pinworms when you are sleeping or relax the female worms come out to lay eggs. Thats why people get itchiness there. Not to mention e. coli and whatever other nasty bacteria attracted to feces.
