Phytoestrogens in plastics and soy are turning men into women. In this day and age consideration should be given to Diindolylmethane.

Been consuming 800mg of DIM/day for more than a decade.

Ok. I don't know how serious you are or aren't, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. If it's wasted there, maybe someone else might like to discuss it.

1. Cut out bullchit from your diet.
- No ultra-processed foods
- Limit or eliminate sugar
- Limit or eliminate alcohol

2. Start working out. Lifting weights. Don't care what routine.

3. Increase the fat in your diet. I would include 5 eggs daily and red meat. If you're skinny, not even lean red meat.

4. Work on mitigating stress in your life. Plenty of ways to relax, find one or more and start doing it.

5. Sleep. Make this a major priority. Get to bed on time, put away screens 1+ hours before. Relax. Take natural sleep aids (melatonin) if necessary. Avoid caffeine anytime near bedtime. Mostly just be consistent. Go to bed at a reasonable hour and make it part of your routine. Then stick to it and at some point you're sleeping well.

... from there, yeah - someone mentioned DIM. It's a powerful natural anti-estrogen. Cruciferous vegetables have it (like broccoli) but you can also supplement. Avoiding Plastics. All that chit. Plenty of ways to shore things up. I got rid of plastics in my house, use as little as I can, drink out of mason jars and all that. Eat 5+ eggs a day. Lots of red meat. Work out. Get good sleep. Test is doing fine even in middle age.

Edit: and looking at the thread -- someone else mentioned TRT. Ok that works, but it won't address the underlying problems. Your test is low for a reason. You can throw needles at the problem or you can figure out what the problem is and address that. One of those options is going to lead to a longer and healthier overall existence than the other and I also think it does a better job of fixing the problem.

TRT is fine, your test will get higher *but* you'll also have ups and downs you wouldn't have with you producing natural test. Every day or so after your injection, you'll feel great. The days before the next shot, you'll be down in the dumps and miserable. Those injections have a halflife of what, 10 days? So even giving yourself weekly injections you'll have some rollercoastering with hormones, never mind you'll be going in to the doctor constantly to get bloodwork done, it's expensive, it's probably safe but we have little long-term information, etc, etc...

... I'd save TRT for a last ditch effort only after trying to fix it yourself.

While true, 230 (I assume total and not free test?) is really bad. He also mentioned having breasts, which I interpret as being overweight or them slightly swollen. Your avi, you look jacked, what applies to you probably doesn't w/ the OP.

If I had to guess: OP is inactive, chitty standard American diet full of calories, HFCS and little nutrition, OP sleeps poorly, and is stressed and miserable. Meaning, not sure one decent night of not jacking off and getting an okay night of sleep will do much in the overall scheme of things.

Needs to stop rotting, ASAP. Get active, hit the weights, stop putting trash in his body, start getting good sleep and undoing the damage.

According to Dr's our grandfathers had an average of 700 before all of the shenanigans.

It's a supplement that lessens your estrogen and increases your testosterone. Admittedly, I take an exorbitant amount. I've just experimented with dosage and see how I feel. I also recommend Macuna Pruriens also called Dopa Mucuna or Velvet Bean Extract. I take 2150mg/day.

Those are good. I take 5,000iu of D3 because I live in a beach community and am out in the sun regularly. Zinc I take 100mg. Tried DAA before but didn't feel it did much for me.

You motivated me to schedule a Monday morning appt to get my testosterone checked. Kinda nervous because I like to think I am a genetic freak for my age but reality might hit me in the face when I see the results if there just normal.
