Cue the typical responses of "derp looks like they are having fun and that's what matters" and "y'know I'm a personal trainer and I can tell you bouncing on a trampoline like that is ackchuelly effective cardio fr no cap"

But why can't more women do conventional, traditional means of exercise instead of playing weird games and trying to reinvent the wheel? I wish I still had that hilarious video of women leaping around in harnesses.

If you don't want to gym, play some sports or something. Instead you have "fit" women leading classes like those where the novelty is the selling point, and in a few months nobody is going to see any real results. Women go buy their lululemons and lace up florescent colored sneakers to hunch and hop and kick on a mini trampoline. Then they stay fat and "well I TRIED to lose weight but it just didn't work for me!"

Men would stick with the basics; women prefer this nonsense, largely. I will never understand it.
