Why do people thing dogs are outside animals??

I see miscers saying it's cruel to keep dogs as inside pets and that they're meant to be roaming the wild


I have a nice fenced in backyard and I let my dog run around outside. After 20 minutes, she's ready to come back to her bed inside the house. If it's any rain or snow or any kind of heat or extreme weather, she's ready to come back inside after 30 seconds. She doesn't want to be outside at all. If I put her on my bed, she'll stay there for 20 hours straight and not move at all
