So when is that huge nationwide housing crash gonna happen, anyway?
The naysayers (people who missed out on pre-covid prices and pre-2022 interest rates) have been saying "give it a year or two" since early 2020. 2 more weeks for covid became 2 more weeks for the housing crash. lmao
