Why are spanish speakers so tkn LOUD?

Out on a beach, a group of 10+ spanish speakers will yell and screech like banshees enough for all others to take notice. Why is that?

because when you don't understand a language it sounds louder/more aggressive etc, i think anyway, that's what someone said
