Tuesday Misc Lifting Thread (videos/pics)

Bike still @ 90 min. 7x weekly
Kcal so low that I'll avoid posting it because I don't even feel like hearing the bullchit.
Tomorrow is the end of Week 14. Only two weeks left on this diet, and it can't come soon enough. I'm exhausted. Just eating maintenance kcal again is going to be nice. But this cut has done it's job. I've definitely gotten a large amount of the fat off me.
Arms last night, but I didn't post it, so here's something.
Shoulders tonight, so I'll probably post that if there's anything interesting.
