why do people read books????

man they write books about the most ridiculous things like movies like the lord of the ring and Harry Potter…
it takes like 100 hours to read a book and I can watch Harry Potter in like 2 hours + I get to look at Emma Watson when she was at her hottest + cool special effects etc… what are you , some 12th century alchemist? just get Netflix you idiot!

Do you think maybe it's because books contain information and force you to use your imagination to visualize the descriptions?
