Why are so many miscers such bad shoppers?
Some of the threads I see kind of blow my mind. People buying chit like body wash at expensive stores like Rite Aid, spending a chit ton on groceries because they don't even check prices, not to mention spending an arm and a leg on take out and premade chit at the supermarket instead of cooking. I guess it's just because it was ingrained in me growing up to shop for things at certain places, that 99% of the time store brands are the same chit as name brands for less money, etc. Can't believe people just throw chit in their carts without checking and comparing price.
Granted I'm no CEO 10k/day (and neither are you phegs if you're bitching about spending $8 on body wash), but even though we're getting by fine and have enough left over for savings/investments, it's just natural to me to be very careful with what I buy at the store.
